Since moving down to Georiga I’ve rediscovered my love of peaches. Seriously there’s nothing better than a fresh Georgia peach in the summer! My rekindled love of peaches made me start looking for different ways I could use them. Which led me to combine them with another love…SMOOTHIES!
This Peach Mango Sunrise Breakfast Smoothie is seriously delicious. Not only does the color remind you of a morning sunrise, but it also tastes so good you’ll feel like you’re eating dessert for breakfast.
Made with almond milk and almond milk yogurt it’s completely dairy-free!! Making it perfect for anyone with lactose intolerance or children with milk protein intolerances. And with how yummy this smoothie is you won’t have any trouble getting your toddler to drink it.
Containing only 4 ingredients this peach mango smoothie could not be any easier to make! All you need is peaches, mangos, unsweetened almond milk, and vanilla almond milk yogurt. I used silk almond milk yogurt but any brand will do. I also used unsweetened almond milk since the peaches and mango provide enough natural sweetness.
Since it’s not always possible to have fresh peaches and mangos on hand this recipe uses frozen ones. Which also cuts out the need to use ice cubes and keeps the smoothie from getting watered down.
One of my favorite things about smoothies is how easy they are to make. Just throw all the ingredients into a blender run it on high for a few seconds and you’re done. You’ve got a delicious and healthy breakfast or snack with almost no mess and very little cleanup. Just what I need for busy mornings.
I always use my trusty Vitamix Blender blender when I make smoothies. It’s a little on the pricey side but its totally worth the splurge. Not only can it handle the thickest of smoothies but you can use to make things like nut butter, soups, dips, and even batter for cakes and muffins! You’ll be surprised just how often you’ll find yourself using it.
This recipe makes one large smoothie or two small ones. Which is perfect because once your kids or husband taste it, they’re going to want one of their own.

- 1 Cup Frozen Peaches
- 1 Cup Frozen Mangos
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 container Vanilla Almond Milk Yogurt (Approximately 3/4 cup)
Add ingredients into the blender
Blend until Smooth
