Are you ready to finally tackle the mess that’s built up around your house? Before you can start even start crossing tasks off your cleaning to-do list you’ll need to have the right tools for the job. The right cleaning tools and products will help you knock out dirt, grease, and grim more efficiently and in less time.
I’ve put together a list of 10 essential cleaning products as well as 8 additional products that while not necessary, are nice to have.
Where to buy your cleaning supplies
From what I’ve seen, the best places to buy cleaning supplies are either Costco or Sams Club. The price per oz is generally much cheaper than what you would pay at a regular store, and you can almost always find them on sale.
Amazon is another great place to buy cleaning supplies. You can use their subscribe and save to get a discount on the products you regularly use. I’ve included Amazon links along with all the product recommendations.
One thing I’ve realized since I’ve had kids is that you always want to have extra cleaning supplies on hand. The last thing you want is for a kid to be sick in the middle of the night and you’re out of disinfectant cleaner and rubber gloves. It’s good practice to have at least one unopened product in case of a cleaning emergency.
